Reflection

The biggest thing i learned was that you can see patterns every were you go. Also I like that we went hiking a lot and visit parts of Oakland i didn't know about. I also love the great view we saw when we went to Leona gorge. Also I enjoy the optical illusions. There was one that i really like the one in the dolphins i love it. also another one was one with a couple and the whole picture made a baby . I kinda struggle with some people in this class, because i don't know them or i don't get along with them. Also because at some point in the hikes it will get really boring or in the class. I think that i would of had a great time if i knew everyone more, but since i don't know them like that i didn't talk to them. My favorite game was the last one we play today. we had to find like pairs of 3 but it had to be all the same or all different. My favorite trip was the when we were suppose to go to the art building and when we took the ferry boat. My favorite hike was when we went to diamond park because we went to 2 parts and i enjoy it kinda.

Day2: Around the shool

I choose this picture because if you see none of the rocks are the same or look the same.



this picture is a star mae of little star and if you keep zoom in you will keep seeing little stars. also we made this our self in the computer

Day1: lake merrit

i like this flower because it was at the begining of the garden. I also like it because it reminds me of a drawing



i choose this picture because it kinda makes it look like a big flower in the water. also this is seawee



this picture has the pattern of how the watterfall is made. also the leaves around it have pattern like if you fold them in half it would look just the same.

Day10: Mt view cementery

I like this picture because its a window in a figure of a start. The start has a flower in the middle.

I like this picture because it has yellow in the end and green in the middle. This plant it symmetric. if you fold it in half it will be just the same.

I like this leave because its really big and it has like little leaves designed in the middle. This leave is symmetric.

I like this plant because of how it designed it self. The leaves are the same yellow in the sides green in the middle.

Day9: G.G Park

I like this picture because it shows how the trees are connected to the tree in the bottom. also it kinda has a pattern.

i like this picture because the flower has a pattern. it stars from small to big and it s cute how the pattern continues.

i like this plant because it a tube make of small tubes.

I like this picture because it has the seaweed in the top.

Day8:diamond park & illusions

I chose this picture because i love how it shows the view of Oakland. It doesn't really show any patterns.

I like this picture because it shows the entire plant and it shows that the leaves of the plant are the same.

i like this picture because it makes a good pattern. it has green seaweed and the water is running down.

I like this picture because it unique. Each line of the wall is different.

this are some illusions we found on-line. is it a rose or 2 lovers kissing.

It's called Message of Love from the Dolphins (by Sandro Del-Prete) Interestingly, research has shown that young children cannot identify the intimate couple because they do not have prior memory associated with such a scenario.

What they will see, however, is the nine dolphins in the picture! (I have friends tell me that they see more than 9 dolphins) Can you see more than 9?

If you can’t see the dolphin, it proves that you are not a young innocent child now. If you can’t find the dolphins within 6 seconds, your mind is indeed corrupted and you may need help. Agree?

Day7: patterns in milk

This is a picture of some random thing i found in an application call golly. This is the same application for the picture below this one. You cant really see but is moving and making a pattern.

this is a picture of a triangle i made in he computer. as you can see there is little triangles inside triangles. it was pretty easy to make you you put rule w90 and it made it self.

This is a fractal we made in the classroom. We just used 4 different food coloring and a little bit of soap and milk in a plate. it was pretty amazing how it made and different colors were making. i guess the soap made a reaction to the food coloring and milk.

Day 6: sf ferry boat

This is a a flower i saw coming out a building. I choose this picture because i like its pattern. It grows 4 each time and you can kind of see that it started of with green but end it in yellow.

water is falling downThis 2 pictures are a fountain that is in a building. The the top picture is were the water falls and the bottom picture is were it lands. i like this picture because its amazing to me how it was made. am still kinda figuring out how the water gets to the tops.

This is another water fountain made out blocks, from far away to me it look it like a bunch of trash but then i got close to it and i like it a lot. this picture was taken at San Francisco. you can say its self similar because its made of the same material and same form.

This are waves made from the ferry boat. they look kind of similar, except the one in the middle. i like this picture because it looks like its kind of raining.

Day 5:Leona Gorge & Mandel Picture

We made this picture in the computer. I like because it kinda looks like a root of a plant. If you keep zoom in it will look just the same.

i like this picture because it shows how the tree is growing little leaves in the tree trunk. also how the background got black.

i choos this picture because this is a tree but it kinda looks like a bear or some kind of animal. this picture i took it on our way to the hike.

I like this picture because i like how the leaves START DARK GREEN and END LIGHT GREEN.
also this leave is symmetric and every little leave of this plant is symmetric.

Day 4:beach

i like this picture because it has bubbles. also this picture i took it in the beach at San Fransisco. this picture you can say is regular if you go alot to the beach.


this picture is a little pic/photo that was in a statue over there by the ferry boat. i like it because it cough my attention. i dot think you will see this a lot.

This is a picture of waves. They are not similar because waves form in different ways.
i choose this picture because it looks unique and and its not self similar. also this picture was taken by the ferry bout .

Day 3: Oakland Museum

This is a big triangle made of smaller triangles. if you zoom in you will keep seen the same little triangles. also its self similarity.


i took this picture because i like how the sun points exactly to one plant. also this plant is symmetric; so if you fold them i half it would look just the same.

i took this picture because it has different fishes that have lots of different patterns in there. if you were too take 2 different picture of the same fish but in different sections of the fish it will have the same scales.

i pick this picture because i like how it kinda looks like a wave. it also has lost of lines. This is a wall of the Bart station.
